Biography
Ashley Sylvara is a Visiting Assistant Professor in Management. She comes to the Freeman School of Business from the University of Florida, where she served as a postdoctoral research associate in the Management Department at the Warrington College of Business. Her research interests include personnel selection, workforce aging and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on employee assessment, individual differences, and work-related factors that influence employee well-being and career outcomes. Sylvara was awarded the HumRRO Fellowship in I-O Psychology in 2024 and has received grants from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Foundation, Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, and CloudResearch.
