Chloe (Simoneaux) Lantz
Executive Director

Chloe Lantz serves as the Executive Director of the Career Management Center. As the previous Director of Employer Engagement, Chloe helped employers and alums find meaningful ways to engage with and recruit from the Freeman School’s career-ready student population. Before joining the Career Management Center team, Chloe focused on engaging Tulane’s workforce as the university’s HR Communications Manager. She also brings over a decade of project management and relationship management experience from her past roles as senior project manager and lead strategist supporting clients’ corporate change initiatives.

Director of Employer Relations

Loren Brodie serves as the Director of Employer Relations for the Career Management Center at the Freeman School of Business. In this role, she leads the strategic development of industry partnerships and employer engagement initiatives to expand high-impact career opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Loren previously served as the Recruiting Experience Manager, where she orchestrated large-scale recruitment programming and facilitated on-campus employer engagements. She earned her bachelor's degree in International Business Management from the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK, and completed her Professional MBA at Tulane University in 2025.

Sarah Covert
Director of Operations & Career Development

Sarah Covert is Director of Operations & Career Development for the Career Management Center at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. She oversees day-to-day operations, internal systems, communications, and employment data reporting that support undergraduate and graduate business students. Sarah mentors and professionally develops career team members and supervises student workers to ensure strong service delivery and student engagement. Prior to joining Freeman as a Career Consultant, she held nonprofit recruitment and policy roles and founded a New Orleans–based small business that delivered more than 60,000 client services over fourteen years. She holds a B.A./B.S. ’05 and an MBA ’25 from Tulane University and a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Certificate of Entrepreneurship.

Tori Lane
Director of Career Education

In her role at the Career Management Center, Tori Lane develops career curriculum and oversees course facilitators. She previously supported management and legal studies students in achieving their career goals. She holds an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and a B.A. in human resource management from the University of Alabama. She is a certified professional in human resources (PHR) and has a demonstrated history of working in talent, performance and career management. Skilled in succession planning, talent review, interviewing, recruiting, sales, and management; she is able to provide corporate experience as an additional resource to her students.

Administrative Program Coordinator

Kristian Armour serves as the Administrative Program Coordinator, where he maintains career content and calendars across multiple online platforms, coordinates outbound communication for professional development and employer events, and organizes data to support program operations. With previous experience in the same role with the Newcomb Art Department, Kristian brings valuable expertise in digital platform management and cross-departmental coordination. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, and a degree in Digital Design from Tulane University's School of Professional Advancement program.

Assistant Director, Career Management

Mallory Asp, Assistant Director of Career Management, brings a wealth of professional experience to her role in supporting students. Her background encompasses tourism and hospitality, sales, program management, customer service, and academic program development. Mallory has over seven years of experience creating academic programs for graduate and international law students at Tulane Law School. Additionally, she is a Disney College Program Graduate, which led to international experience in various locations across China with the Disney Corporation. Mallory earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University New Orleans, majoring in Media Studies. She also holds an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Hospitality from the Freeman School of Business.

Emma Dupaquier
Career Advisor II

Emma Dupaquier serves as a Career Consultant at the Freeman Business School, where she works closely with undergraduate and graduate students to help them navigate and shape their career journeys. She earned her business degree from Southeastern University and brings over six years of experience in Human Resources to her role. Emma’s HR background spans a wide range of functions, including talent acquisition, interviewing and hiring, employee relations, benefits and compensation, training, and HR administration. Her corporate experience equips her with a practical understanding of the hiring process and workplace dynamics, allowing her to offer students actionable insights and strategic guidance as they prepare to enter the workforce.

As a career consultant in the Freeman School, Bill Hudlow works with graduate students and undergraduate students who are undecided about their majors. Bill has more than 20 years experience in hospitality management and 10 years in insurance and financial services. He earned his MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane and his BA from Transylvania University. Bill previously served as an Adjunct Professor for the Business TIDES program.

Assistant Director, Career Management

At the Freeman Business School, Nicole supports students in developing their career readiness through personalized guidance and career education programming. Nicole holds a B.A., Double Major in Spanish and Psychology from the University of Alabama and a M.A in Psychology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She is the owner of a small luxury handbag and accessory company that sustainably repurposes alligator hides from her family’s property in Southwest Louisiana.

As a Career Consultant, Jordan is passionate about networking and coaching students through the process of achieving their professional goals. Prior to joining the Career Management Center, he worked in the third-party logistics industry with a focus on account management and business development. Jordan holds a B.S. in Business Management from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Assistant Director, Career Management

An experienced career consultant with expertise in career development, college recruiting, and employee training, Leslie Long joined the Career Management Center in 2019. She has over 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Management roles within the Health & Wellness, Hospitality, and Higher Education industries. Previously, she held roles at Delgado Community College, Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, and ITT Technical Institute. She has a B.S. in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from LSU. At the Freeman Business School, Leslie supports students in developing their career readiness through personalized guidance and career education programming.

Data Analyst

Susan Pauli manages career-related data, reporting and technology platforms for the department. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a public relations emphasis and an English minor from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She has been with the CMC since July 2010 and the Freeman School since October 1996.

Erin Revere serves Freeman graduate students by equipping them with career management skills to connect them to their passion, purpose, and core values. Erin has more than 20 years of multi-disciplined experience in the staffing, recruiting, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. Accomplished in job search coaching, career management, training, sales, and marketing with extensive domestic and international expertise, she has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from University of Stirling in Scotland.
