My teaching, research, and practice is focused at the intersection of entrepreneurship and sustainability with a concentration on food systems and health. I teach courses in the Management Area for the Entrepreneurship Minor, and in the MBA Program for the concentration in Sustainability. My research looks at the implications and impact of sustainability certifications across the supply chain, with a focus on the food system. As a practitioner, I have worked at the government level in environmental policy, in the non-profit sector as a start-up founder and director, and as a consultant within the certifications industry. When I am not teaching or collaborating with farmers and food businesses, I am meditating, rock climbing, or cooking.
