Sunil Parupati

Biography

Sunil Parupati is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Accounting at Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business. His research focuses on corporate governance, with an emphasis on board of directors, executive compensation and disclosure regulation. He teaches Financial Accounting to undergraduate students. Parupati earned his PhD in Management Science with a concentration in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. He also holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Kakatiya University in India. Prior to pursuing his doctoral studies, Parupati spent more than five years in academic research at the Indian School of Business.
