Caitlyn Krug (MBA'20), Owner, Ebra Gin, a product of The Violet Hour Spirits Co.

I learned that entrepreneurial hospitality is not a subject or even a business discipline, but rather a mindset. The program did more than educate; it helped me understand the type of leader I need to be.

Action Learning

The most powerful learning outcomes occur when one takes concepts and theories learned in the classroom and applies them in the complex, real world. As Confucius said, “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.” This program emphasizes hands-on experience and out-of-the-classroom, project-based learning. Another key aspect of the program is a personal mentor and career coach in your city or industry who will help translate your action learning experiences to define the path to your individual goals and ensure you are working closely with the people and organizations that will benefit you most.
