A concentration or specialization in real estate will equip you with the tools for a career in real estate development, finance, analytics, management or consulting. Through the real-world application of theory to current real estate development projects, graduates will be prepared for the rapidly evolving challenges facing the industry.
Courses in Real Estate are offered in four degree programs:
- Full-Time MBA, where you can earn a concentration or specialization in real estate
- Professional MBA, where you can earn a concentration or specialization in real estate
- Master of Management with a specialization in real estate
- Joint MBA/Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development, an interdisciplinary program with the School of Architecture combining the country's only Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development degree with the broad business foundation, giving you two degrees in an intensive, five-semester format
