Program Overview

An advanced business degree with a specialization in entrepreneurial hospitality will prepare you to create a world-class customer experience in any organization. You’ll develop an entrepreneurial mindset and a multidisciplinary perspective of the customer’s journey.

This 12-month Master of Management program is the first of its kind: it combines entrepreneurial innovations and successful hospitality principles and applies them to address the rapid change and unforeseen challenges facing any organization. Whether your background is in a technical field or the liberal arts, you’ll learn how customer-centric values can increase a company’s resilience, and you’ll be able to identify opportunities for growth in an increasingly complex business landscape.

12 Months
The flexible online format won’t interrupt your current career and will open the door to immediate advancement. You’ll gain skills and knowledge you can apply right away, and individual career guidance will prepare you for your next professional move.

2 Optional immersions in New Orleans
Two optional weekends will provide the opportunity to immerse yourself in our innovative, entrepreneurial community. The spring session will include meeting professors, thought leaders and innovators. In the fall, you will present your final project to a panel of experts.

36 Credit Hours
In six 8-week modules, you’ll complete 12 classes to develop your business acumen and entrepreneurial skills. You will study new product development, new venture planning and global business consulting, then combine the knowledge you’ve gained across all disciplines to complete a capstone project.

Entrepreneurial Thinking

In order to prepare you to embrace the unknown and navigate an increasingly complex business world, you’ll learn principles of entrepreneurial decision making and apply them to developing a new product, formulating a business model and launching a new venture. We’ve crafted a forward-thinking curriculum that provides the flexibility of an online degree program while giving you the hands-on experiences to prepare you to find innovative ways to deliver value to an organization and to its customers.
