Training in entrepreneurship is now viewed as an integral component of a contemporary undergraduate business curriculum and critical for the professional development of undergraduate students within and beyond the walls of business schools. To further develop the entrepreneurial mindset and skillset of undergraduates, the Freeman School of Business offers the Entrepreneurial Business Minor.
All Tulane students are eligible to earn a minor in Entrepreneurship by completing coursework which builds from core concepts in entrepreneurship to immersive experiential learning opportunities. Students pursuing the Entrepreneurial Business minor have access to the resources of the Lepage Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, including the Student Venture Incubator, Innovators-in-Residence, networking opportunities, and more.
Students are encouraged to begin the minor in their sophomore year in order to complete the sequence of classes.
