CMC Services Are Available by Phone and Virtually

Your career is our business – but these days, it’s business as unusual, as long as it is necessary. However, we’re still here for you and committed to your career success.

  • CMC Consultants are available by phone or online for meetings with students and interview practice sessions. Make an appointment.
  • For students still in New Orleans, private rooms for online interviews can still be reserved. Carla Coury and Dale Klamfoth will be personally available to assist students as needed – in person or virtually.
  • Employers are taking their operations online, including information sessions and interviews. Super Day and Case are being scheduled online, taking place over several hours.
  • Access to online resources including HandShake and CDMA content remain unchanged.

Tips for Getting Started with Handshake

  1. Log in to Handshake. Use your Tulane ID and password and log in to the Handshake Portal.
  2. Fill out your profile. Some of your information will already be in your Handshake profile. Check to be sure all information is correct and fill out the remainder. Take the career interests survey to optimize your job search.
  3. Upload a document. You will want to have a public resume available in Handshake for employers to see.
  4. Follow jobs and employers you are interested in. When you follow an employer or a job, you will automatically start receiving information about the company or job so you will not miss out on updates or new opportunities.
